nukeduster. If its not the fuses the blower repair job on an e36 is about 6-8 hours. You have to tear apart the whole dash. Check the heater core while you're in there, its in the same place and they are a common failure point to. If its leaking at all, replace it at the same time.

Hi, I have a E90 BMW 320D on a 57 plate and I am having problems with the heater motor. The controls do not increase or decrease the speed of the motor and the controls will not turn the motor off either. The display on the controls do function ok tho.. ie..everything lights up correctly as if everything is working ok.

Note that the "Breather Heater" (E65390) in the right side of the diagram is wired in parallel with the 4 O2 sensor heaters.
